Our in-house team is led by Managing Director Gregg Joslin and Planning Director Chris Rees.

Gregg has many years of experience in land acquisitions, planning and development and has a wide knowledge of the residential property market.  In 2009 he launched Alfred Homes, a niche housebuilding company that today enjoys an unrivalled reputation for delivering some of the finest and most sought-after homes throughout Hampshire and the Home Counties. He is responsible for all land acqisitions, oversees the planning process and has successfully led his team to gain consent on a number of sensitive projects.

Chris joined the team following 12 years with Savills Planning where he specialised in the successful delivery of a variety of high profile residential and mixed-use strategic projects and chaired Savills Planning Strategic Land Group.
