Our proposals for the land to the north of Hazeley Road is for 20 dwellings, with a mix of open-market and affordable housing. We worked closely with the Parish Council, with consideration of the Neighbourhood Plan, to develop this community led scheme, which includes the transfer of a parcel of land to the Parish Council, to enable the extension of the village’s existing car park, and for a new drainage scheme that forms part of the wider Council-led improvements for the area.
