Land Requirements
We will consider parcels of land up to 20ha and larger opportunities principally Greenfield sites on the outskirts of urban areas, regional market towns or in village locations.
We will also consider Green Belt locations along with previously developed land which may have been used for residential, commercial or industrial projects; land that could be the subject of a successful regeneration scheme.
